THE DOMAIN - A BEAUTIFUL ORGANIC VINEYARD
In our vineyard we do not use any pesticides or chemical fertilisers at any stage in the winemaking process. This enables us to truly reflect the unique characteristics of our soil, or “terroir” in the wines we produce. We mature our wines in our cellars according to the regulations laid down by organic agriculture, resulting in a wine which respects the terroir, the fruit and the consumer.

We offer you the warmest of welcomes at Domaine de la Tuque, and are excited to share with you our passion and knowledge of the organic wine making process, or “vin biologique”.
At the vineyard we create coherent and unique wines which reflect the Domaine’s ability to give both length and finish, with an instant impact. Our high quality wines are created with passion, and are a return to the traditional methods of wine making.
Today the vineyard grows Merlot and Cabernet, as well as the original and traditional grape variety grown historically in the vineyard - Abouriou enhanced with Colombard, which produce very fine and fragrant wines.
